He is super personable from his care and attentiveness to our concerns and needs to the deeply thoughtful personalized letters he wrote to the sellers each time we made an offer. Jalall Seide was very personable from the beginning. He was able to answer all of our questions. If he didn’t know right away, he would get back to us with the answer very quickly. Jalall was very professional. He kept up with the mortgage company, escrow and insurance, always providing us with the next step all the way to handing us the keys. Where do I start?! From the very beginning of my first home buying experience, Jalall made me feel like we truly had a tightly knit partnership, like we were in this together and that I could rely on him for anything! He really helped me navigate the home buying process and answered all of my crazy questions. He took the time to do his research on the homes and the area in which we were interested in. Once I was sure I found the one (which took a little bit), he stopped at nothing to help me get it. I really leaned on his knowledge to help me write a reasonable (and winning!) offer. He went above and beyond and kept in constant communication with me, the lender, and the sellers agent. As soon as he had information or boxes to check, he jumped on it and guided me through all of the inspections, contingencies, and paperwork. If you take anything from this review it’s this.... This man kept going even when a buyer dropped out and the next got wobbly! He encouraged us, told us our best options at crucial parts of the escrow, and "saved the day" many times! Jalall was on the ball from the very start. Called him on a Sunday afternoon about an immediate need to put in an offer and within a couple of hours he had contacted his lender and had us pre-qualified to submit that night! His knowledge of the market and what buyers like to see in an offer letter were helpful in getting our offer accepted on the first try without even a counter offer being issued. Throughout the whole process he remained in constant contact with us and kept us informed of any small issues. Overall amade for a very easy escrow process. Would reccommend 10/10.
